Front Desk Receptionist – Full‑Time, 5 Shifts/Week

About the role

The Killarney Towers Hotel is seeking a full‑time Front Desk Receptionist to join its Front Office team. You will work five shifts per week, including weekends, delivering a warm and efficient first impression for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all reception duties, including check‑in, check‑out and guest enquiries.
• Answer the switchboard and hotel telephone in line with company service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations through prompt, friendly service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of front‑office standards and performance metrics.
• Develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across all hotel departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar front‑desk role, preferably in a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel.
• Team player able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a desire to progress within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge of the Hotsoft operating system is an advantage but not mandatory.
