Full Stack Engineer – Hybrid – Cork, Ireland

About the role

The Open Source Engineering team at our client is looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain web services, micro‑services and automation workflows that support open‑source compliance and software licensing processes. The role is hybrid, based in Cork, and involves close collaboration with compliance, legal and engineering stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack applications using Django and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Create and maintain micro‑services, automation scripts and workflows to streamline compliance reviews.
• Integrate engineering tools and systems, handling SCM environments and release engineering coordination.
• Provide direct support to compliance and legal teams, troubleshooting integration issues and documenting resolutions.
• Administer Linux environments, write shell scripts, and manage Docker containers.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and micro‑service architectures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Detail‑oriented with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
