- Work with revenue operations on plans for execution, compensation, enablement and incentives.
- Manage, mentor and expand the UKI sales team, recruiting AI-native and AI-fluent leaders.
- Foster teamwork, transparency, creativity and continuous improvement, and lead the team through growth.
- Build executive-level relationships with product, engineering, marketing, customer success and operations.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and run experiments that generate qualified leads.
- Monitor trends, competitors and regulatory changes, and benchmark best practices so the SMB offering stays competitive.

Required profile
- 8+ years in revenue leadership, including 5+ years leading second-line managers.
- Track record of owning a regional or country P&L and hitting targets, with specific examples of plans and results.
- Experience scaling a B2B SaaS sales organisation through a step change in size.
- Deep knowledge of the UK and Ireland markets and credibility with a professional-services audience; legal or legaltech experience is an advantage.
- Strong commercial instincts across pipeline, forecasting, segmentation, pricing and sales capacity planning.
- Public-facing presence and a leadership style that keeps people safe enough to speak honestly.
- Hands-on use of AI in own work, evidence of having changed how a team works because of AI, and the judgement to be honest with a legal audience about what AI does and does not do.
What we offer
- On-target earnings of EUR 240,400 to EUR 360,600 (base salary plus variable compensation at 100% attainment).
- Competitive, equitable salary with health benefits and dental coverage.
- Pension contribution and flexible time off policy.
