General Operative – Flexible Shifts in Naas

About the role

Dawn Farms is seeking enthusiastic General Operatives to join its production teams at the Naas plant. The role offers permanent, full‑time employment across morning, evening and night shifts, providing a stable environment for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a food‑manufacturing setting.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize tools, equipment and work surfaces in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Pack, prepare and handle meat products safely.
• Dispatch finished goods and palletise for shipment.
• Perform production line tasks while following standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to company health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Team‑player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working with meat and in a chilled environment.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to follow instructions.
• Capable of working independently when required.
• Health‑ and safety‑conscious and flexible to business needs.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food‑safety practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and handle packaging tools.
