About the role
Join Sofina Foods' Tullamore plant as a General Operative, supporting the production of high‑quality meat products for global customers. You will work on a dynamic floor, ensuring food safety, hygiene, and efficient packaging processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and packaging food items in line with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness within your work area.
- Support consistent product quality through careful attention to detail.
- Adapt to flexible shift patterns and provide overtime coverage when needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food‑production environment is highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic with good organisational abilities.
- Team‑player with positive interpersonal skills.
- Quality‑focused and results‑driven.
- Willingness to work day and evening shifts, including overtime.
