GL Accountant (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious GL Accountant to join our European accounting team. You will support daily accounting tasks, ensure accurate month‑end close, and contribute to the implementation of a new Oracle Fusion ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the month‑end close process, preparing journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Maintain and reconcile all balance‑sheet accounts, ensuring supporting documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to capture accounting transactions correctly.
• Assist internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and support.
• Work closely with HR and payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll entries.
• Prepare periodic statutory returns and support the upcoming Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
