Global Employee Experience Manager

About the role

Trócaire is looking for a strategic thinker to lead the design and delivery of a global employee experience strategy. Based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, the role is on a Specified Purpose Contract of approximately one year, working closely with senior leaders to foster engagement, culture, connection and performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global employee experience strategy that aligns with organisational priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen engagement, culture and performance worldwide.
• Manage a team of two professionals and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into impactful global programmes covering engagement, reward and HRIS systems.

Required profile

• Significant experience in employee experience, engagement, reward, HRIS systems and organisational culture.
• Proven ability to turn strategic priorities into global initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
