Global Process Manager – Record to Report

About the role

Abbott is seeking a Global Process Manager for Record to Report (RTR) to lead the design, standardisation and governance of key RTR sub‑processes across the enterprise. Based in Dublin, you will work within the Global Process Organization to drive process optimisation and support the implementation of multi‑divisional ERP initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern global RTR sub‑processes, ensuring standardisation and optimisation.
• Support RTR transformation projects and the rollout of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
• Advance the Abbott ERP roadmap and collaborate with the Director of Record to Report on program deliverables.
• Lead end‑to‑end ERP initiatives, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, cut‑over and hyper‑care.
• Maintain the global template, ensuring sustainability of processes and systems.
• Build consensus and influence stakeholders across towers, divisions and geographies without direct authority.
• Partner with CFS and other business units to re‑engineer existing processes and deploy new ones.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global finance process management, preferably within Record to Report.
• Deep knowledge of RTR sub‑processes such as General Ledger, Controlling, Intercompany, Banking, Costing, Inventory Accounting, Fixed Assets and Project Systems.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across functional and geographic boundaries.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
