Grade VI Tester Trainer – Community Care Record Programme

About the role
The Grade VI Tester Trainer will support the Community Care Record Programme across multiple HSE sites in Ireland. You will combine testing expertise with training delivery to ensure smooth implementation of digital health systems for clinical and operational teams.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design and execute user acceptance and end‑user testing for healthcare applications.
- Develop, maintain and run test scripts, record results and log defects accurately.
- Collaborate with clinicians, testers, trainers and service staff to resolve issues and improve system usability.
- Contribute to project documentation, reporting and governance using tools such as RAID and RACI.
- Create and deliver training sessions, user guides and learning materials for new digital services.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting healthcare system implementations or service‑change programmes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a live clinical environment.
- Excellent written communication skills for reports, letters and business documents.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
