Graduate / Junior Recruiter

About the role

LSC is seeking a motivated Graduate or Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Kinsale. You will support the sourcing and placement of talent for pharma, biotech, and medical device projects across Ireland and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates using CRM, LinkedIn, AI‑powered search tools and LSC’s marketing platforms.
• Screen applicants, manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process and ensure timely submissions.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for life‑science roles.
• Collaborate with account managers to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Advertise vacancies accurately and support marketing initiatives to grow candidate networks.
• Deliver recruitment solutions aligned with client goals and candidate aspirations.

Required profile

• 3rd‑level qualification in Business, Science, Engineering or Psychology.
• 1 year experience in customer service, sales or recruitment (preferred).
• Strong interest in the life‑sciences industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, proactive and collaborative mindset.
