Graduate Technology Consultant – French, German or Spanish

About the role

Join Microsoft as a Graduate Technology Consultant in Dublin, supporting customers across EMEA with AI‑driven business solutions. You will work alongside experienced consultants to understand client needs, design Copilot and agentic solutions, and help organisations adopt new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and partners to capture business requirements and industry‑specific scenarios.
• Map and analyse existing processes, identify friction points, and design target‑state workflows that integrate technology and process improvements.
• Facilitate design‑thinking workshops to co‑create innovative AI solutions and adoption strategies.
• Implement AI solutions with a security‑first mindset, leveraging Microsoft’s Responsible AI guidelines.
• Collaborate with AI and agent tools, interpreting AI‑generated insights while applying human judgement.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Microsoft intellectual property related to AI solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in technology consulting and AI solutions.
• Fluent in French, German or Spanish (in addition to English).
• Excellent analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA and work on‑site with customers.
