Ground Works Technician (Dublin)

About the role

GeoBear is seeking a Ground Works Technician to join its Dublin site team. You will support the delivery of specialised geotechnical ground‑improvement solutions, ensuring work meets design specifications, deadlines and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the site team in executing specialist geotechnical procedures and scopes of work.
• Operate drilling machinery and related tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform physical labour such as drilling, excavation and installation of ground‑improvement systems.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from on‑site management.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in construction, preferably groundworks, geotechnical works, civil engineering or house building.
• HGV driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to work safely according to site health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Willingness to work away from home when required (food and accommodation provided).

Required skills
