Head of Brand and Marketing

About the role

Vhi is seeking a senior leader to drive the evolution of its brand, marketing and customer communications. Reporting to the Group Customer Officer, you will shape a purpose‑driven, trust‑based model that enhances customer engagement, brand trust and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the alignment and orchestration of marketing, customer communications and engagement capabilities across the organisation.
• Monitor emerging marketing trends, technologies and evolving customer expectations to inform strategy and investment decisions.
• Own marketing performance, customer engagement and brand outcomes across the full customer lifecycle.
• Set strategic priorities, investment decisions and resource allocation to maximise enterprise value.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Group Customer Officer and senior leadership on brand and marketing strategy.
• Deliver differentiated marketing strategies for B2C (members), B2B (corporate clients) and B2P (healthcare providers) segments.
• Develop and evolve Vhi’s brand and customer engagement approach.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in brand and marketing within a large, complex organisation.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of health‑focused, purpose‑driven marketing models.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure a joined‑up strategy across key customer touchpoints.
