Head of Commercial Intelligence & Performance

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to shape our commercial intelligence function. Reporting across Product, Technology, Commercial and Finance, you will turn operational data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercial performance frameworks and scorecards.
• Convert operational data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends, opportunities and performance improvement areas.
• Support the creation of AI‑assisted insight and decision‑support tools.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business strategy.
• Measure ROI of commercial initiatives and product adoption.
• Establish repeatable reporting and insight rhythms that drive action.

Required profile

• Background in Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, Product Analytics, Sales Strategy, Commercial Performance, Marketplace Operations or Business Performance.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical capability.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI tools and modern analytics approaches.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams to translate insights into action.
