HR Generalist – Dublin City

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dublin City South. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will receive hands‑on training and mentorship, giving you the chance to develop a broad skill set across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, and employee support.

Key responsibilities

• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from job approval to onboarding.
• Draft and post job advertisements, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, employment confirmations, and other employee documentation.
• Assist with probation reviews, contractual changes, record updates, and off‑boarding procedures.
• Act as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day employee queries and provide practical HR guidance.
• Escalate complex HR matters to the Head of HR when required.
• Support annual HR and compliance audits, health & safety administration, and facilities issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, coordination, or an early‑stage HR Generalist role.
• Third‑level HR qualification or progress towards a CIPD certification (desirable).
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills.
• Approachable, professional, and people‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
