HR Manager

About the role

As an HR Manager you will act as a strategic Business Partner, supporting senior leaders and driving people initiatives that align with the company’s global objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to leaders at all levels.
• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention and employee engagement programmes.
• Manage recruitment, employee development and succession planning.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee compensation planning, training initiatives and HR systems.
• Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with senior leadership on organisational and people strategies.
• Maintain compliance with relevant employment legislation.

• Proven experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
