About the role
We are an international outsourcing HR services provider seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our Dublin office. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work model (four days onsite, one day remote).
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, external legal stakeholders, and employees.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing HR advice aligned with best practice and local employment legislation.
- Deliver guidance on disciplinary actions, performance management, long‑term sickness and other employee‑relations matters.
- Proactively manage employee relations, legal compliance and ensure HR policies meet country‑specific requirements.
- Handle personnel administration tasks such as contracts and database processing.
- Travel up to 25% across the EU (subject to Covid‑19 restrictions) and participate in ad‑hoc HR projects.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and a Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Management.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and capable of influencing at all levels.
- Willingness to mentor or lead a team as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
