ICT Design Engineer – Data Centres

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ICT Design Engineer to join our team and work on some of Europe’s largest hyperscale data centre projects. The role involves developing robust, scalable ICT infrastructure designs from concept through to construction and ensuring seamless integration with other building services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review ICT designs for hyperscale data centre projects.
• Produce and manage design packages from concept to construction.
• Support technical bids and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with Security, MEP and CSA teams to ensure integration.
• Assist construction teams and resolve technical design challenges during delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ICT systems design on large‑scale construction projects.
• Data centre project experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling, network infrastructure and ICT systems.
• Experience using BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar CDE platforms.
• Degree qualified in ICT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
