Implementation Consultant – Regulatory Information Management

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help life‑science customers optimise their regulatory data and document management processes. You will work remotely within the EU/UK, collaborating with global teams to configure and deploy Veeva’s Vault RIM suite.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and design solutions using Veeva Vault RIM components (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, Submissions Publishing).
• Lead configuration workshops, capture requirements, design prototypes, and deploy solutions.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between the project team, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technology implementation services in life sciences or healthcare.
• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
