Implementation Specialist – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead customer‑facing projects that span both technical and non‑technical payment processing activities. Based in Dublin, you will work closely with clients to translate their requirements into successful implementations and thorough testing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, from gathering requirements to testing and go‑live.
• Collaborate with customers to assess needs, document specifications and define implementation steps.
• Guide clients through Mastercard processing rules, specifications and related documentation.
• Coordinate contracts, agreements, forms and other support documentation required for each implementation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, payments, implementation, project coordination or a similar technical environment.
• Basic understanding of networks, applications, system implementation and project management.
• Knowledge of payment transaction processing, ideally with Mastercard systems or card‑payment lifecycles.
• Familiarity with the four‑party model and electronic payments processing is a strong advantage.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑starter able to manage change, learn quickly and work across cross‑functional teams.
