Information Technology Support Analyst – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join a market‑leading Dublin‑based client on a permanent basis. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance to end‑users and contributing to a well‑structured IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical support to end‑users, both on‑site and via cloud services.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, phones and other devices.
• Assist with the setup, configuration and maintenance of end‑user equipment.
• Maintain an organised inventory of IT assets (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to log, escalate and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Support IT projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Proven ability to handle access requests, manage permissions and work with security groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
