Information Technology Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join our Dublin‑based client on a permanent basis. You will become part of an established team delivering day‑to‑day technical support and contributing to ongoing IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users, resolving hardware, software and cloud‑service issues.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve IT problems promptly, both on‑site and remotely.
• Assist with the setup, configuration and maintenance of laptops, phones and other end‑user devices.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to log, escalate and close tickets efficiently.
• Participate in IT projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades.
• Escalate complex technical matters to senior team members when required.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and security‑group management.
• Proven ability to handle access requests and permission management.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team‑oriented, detail‑focused and motivated to learn new technologies.
