Information Technology Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to join our Dublin‑based client’s established team. This permanent, onsite position offers the chance to work with a market‑leading organisation and develop your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end‑users, resolving hardware and software issues both on‑site and via cloud services.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, phones, and other end‑user devices.
• Maintain an organised inventory of IT assets (ITAM) and track issues to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to log, escalate, and resolve tickets efficiently.
• Contribute to IT projects such as software deployments and hardware upgrades.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior team members when required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Office 365 issues and perform software installations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Demonstrated teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to continuously learn.
