Inside Sales Representative (Dutch & French Speaker)

About the role

NetApp is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who speaks Dutch and French to drive new customer acquisition and growth. You will use outbound and inbound prospecting to engage prospects and existing customers, positioning NetApp’s hybrid cloud and data solutions. The role works closely with channel, marketing, and technical teams in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and cross‑selling through phone, email, and digital outreach.
• Prospect inbound and outbound leads to build a qualified pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and communicate NetApp’s value propositions across multiple use cases.
• Collaborate with channel partners to deliver proposals.
• Generate new business via cold calling, targeted campaigns, and social selling.
• Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems.
• Work closely with sales, technical specialists, and channel teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field (internships welcome).
• Full pipeline ownership experience from prospect to close.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Genuine curiosity and understanding of cloud, storage, or IT solutions.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo.
• Experience with LinkedIn Navigator.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
