Installation Technician – Leinster

About the role

Virgin Media is seeking motivated Installation Technicians to join its Leinster team. You will be responsible for installing telecommunications cable and equipment while delivering a high‑quality customer experience from the first call to job completion.

Key responsibilities

• Install telecommunication cable and equipment according to training guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process.
• Use field applications to log activity and report completed work.
• Prevent loss or damage to customers' property while on site.
• Report accidents promptly and track faults using provided tools.
• Operate power tools and ladders safely and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Full manual driver’s licence.
• Strong manual dexterity and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• KPI‑focused and willing to work flexible hours, including Sundays.

• Weekly pay with training rates of €14.15–€14.42 per hour.
