Integrated Cluster Planner

About the role

We are looking for an Integrated Cluster Planner to join the Central Supply Planning Team at our International Headquarters in Dublin. The role will support the Integrated Supply Manager in planning supplies, managing inventory and coordinating with global markets through our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adequate supply to meet market demand across assigned clusters.
• Collaborate with planners and suppliers to mitigate supply risks.
• Lead and participate in Sales & Operations Execution (SOE) meetings.
• Act as primary contact for cluster relationships, handling escalations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional information sharing with supply and demand counterparts.
• Maintain inventory targets and monitor performance trends.
• Identify potential supply risks, develop contingency plans and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
• Guarantee data accuracy and timely reporting within the central supply team.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or forecasting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and category markets.
