Internal Auditor

About the role

PM Group is seeking an Internal Auditor to support the Head of Internal Audit in delivering the annual audit plan across its global operations. The role involves reviewing financial and operational processes, preparing reports, and collaborating with senior leadership while working in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete reviews of financial and operational processes in line with the Internal Audit Plan.
• Produce detailed working papers and draft concise audit reports, obtaining management responses.
• Provide insights, challenge existing controls, and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
• Perform follow‑up audits to verify that action plans from internal and external audits are effective.
• Assist in preparing communications for the Audit Committee and senior management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Legal and other business heads to enhance governance, risk management and internal controls.
• Build strong professional relationships with business leaders and promote robust internal control practices.
• Liaise with external auditors as required.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build relationships across cultures.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Solid process, technical and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to travel globally (approximately 10‑15%).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting.
