Internals Site Manager / Finishing Foreman (Dublin 4)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Internals Site Manager / Finishing Foreman to lead internal works on a high‑profile, multi‑million‑euro development in Dublin 4. The role is site‑based and responsible for delivering defect‑free finishes and a smooth handover.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce health & safety standards, conduct inspections and maintain safe systems of work across all internal trades.
• Manage all internal finishing activities, lead QA/QC processes, track ITPs, BIM and digital records, and close snags and NCRs.
• Develop and monitor short‑term look‑ahead programmes, coordinate sequencing of finishes and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Oversee subcontractor scopes, material deliveries, site records and ensure no unauthorised dayworks are signed off.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and client representatives to support inspections, sign‑offs and handover preparation.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years’ experience with a main contractor on €10m+ building projects.
• Strong background in internal finishes and proven ability to deliver snag‑free, high‑quality outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors in fast‑paced environments.
• Construction‑related qualification is advantageous.
