International Sales Manager – MedTech & AI SaaS (Europe)

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring International Sales Manager to drive the European expansion of an AI‑driven medical imaging software platform. The role is remote‑based and focuses on empowering a network of distributors and dealers rather than direct selling.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach dealer representatives on product features, clinical workflows and commercial positioning.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person product demonstrations, webinars, workshops and regular sales training sessions.
• Create sales tools, presentations, objection‑handling guides and value‑based selling materials.
• Support dealers in identifying and pursuing software opportunities within their customer base.
• Develop dealer engagement plans and maintain regular communication with key channel partners.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers on major opportunities and assist with product launches, feature roll‑outs and trade‑show support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical, dental, veterinary, imaging or software sales.
• Proven track record in international software sales, preferably through a channel model.
• Strong presentation skills and experience delivering technical software demonstrations.
• Willingness to travel up to three weeks per month and residence within an hour of a major international airport.
• EU passport required for frequent EU travel.

What we offer

• €70,000 base salary with OTE up to €76,000.
• €700 per month car allowance.
