Inventory and Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure stock availability and high inventory accuracy across our operations. Working closely with warehouse teams and external suppliers, you will manage deliveries, resolve discrepancies and help optimise our stock control processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier deliveries, follow up on delays and keep delivery schedules up to date.
• Investigate shortages and damages, raise supplier claims and manage credits or replacements.
• Coordinate returns to suppliers, including authorisations, collections and tracking.
• Conduct Goods‑In audits to verify quantities, bookings and locations.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Manage replenishment tasks and prioritise stock movements to maintain availability.
• Reconcile inter‑company stock transfers and resolve any variances.
• Produce reports on supplier performance, stock accuracy and delivery metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory control, supply chain or a similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to work effectively with suppliers.
• Ownership‑driven, data‑focused and comfortable resolving issues in a fast‑paced environment.
