Inventory Planning & Operations Manager

About the role

Swifter is looking for a hands‑on Inventory Planning & Operations Manager to own and optimise its inventory and logistics function. Working remotely from Dublin, you will ensure stock availability across Amazon, Shopify and wholesale channels while supporting the brand’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast inventory demand for all SKUs across Amazon USA, UK, Australia, Shopify and wholesale.
• Plan and execute reorder cycles, present recommendations and obtain approvals.
• Make freight and shipping decisions, balancing cost, timing and stock risk.
• Prepare and manage customs clearance documentation for imports.
• Create Amazon FBA shipments, track inbound deliveries and resolve issues proactively.
• Fulfil retail orders from the Dublin warehouse.
• Communicate stock availability and delivery timelines to wholesale partners.
• Design and maintain SOPs and systems to sustain the entire workflow.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about joining an early‑stage startup as a key early hire.
• Obsessively organised with strong checklist and spreadsheet habits.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates issues before they arise.
• Experience in e‑commerce logistics, supply chain or inventory management; Amazon FBA experience is a strong plus.
• Competent using AI tools and comfortable with data‑driven decision making.
• Self‑managed, able to work independently without close supervision.
• Clear communicator with retailers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Motivated by Swifter’s brand mission and growth trajectory.
