IT Service Desk Analyst – Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT team in Dublin. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in the office, and offers the chance to support a large user base across multiple business functions using modern Microsoft technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools and on‑site.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and operating system issues on Windows desktops and laptops.
- Configure, image, deploy and maintain end‑user devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets and access requests in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Support Mobile Device Management platforms and mobile devices.
- Own incidents and service requests from logging through to resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Provide support for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and hybrid meeting‑room technology.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking and end‑user computing teams and participate in on‑call rotation.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in an IT Service Desk, IT Support or Desktop Support role.
- Experience supporting users in a corporate or professional‑services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and ITIL principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
