About the role
The IT Support & AV Engineer will deliver user‑focused technical assistance across both IT services and learning/training facilities. You will ensure seamless operation of desktop environments, audio‑visual equipment, and collaboration tools for internal teams, external trainers, and project sites.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT service desk tickets, providing hardware, software, network and remote‑access support.
- Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, mobile devices and other end‑user equipment.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and troubleshoot system performance or application issues.
- Support meeting‑room technology, collaboration platforms and video‑conferencing solutions.
- Maintain and operate audio‑visual systems in training centres, assisting trainers with technical requirements.
- Provide on‑site IT support at project locations, including networking, Wi‑Fi, printing and user access setup.
- Contribute to IT policy development, security awareness and documentation, and support IT projects and compliance initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving abilities across hardware, software, AV and networking environments.
- Experience with IT ticketing and service‑management tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
- Ability to document processes and deliver user training.
