IT Support & Implementation Engineer – Remote (Dublin)

About the role

Join a leading airport technology provider as an IT Support & Implementation Engineer. Based at Dublin Airport with flexible remote work, you will combine technical support and hands‑on system deployments that directly influence airport operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and SaaS issues for airport and airline customers.
• Operate within a global follow‑the‑sun support model, collaborating with international teams.
• Prioritise and manage support tickets across multiple products and customers.
• Maintain network infrastructure – switches, VLANs, IP routing, firewalls, and end‑user equipment.
• Assist with software deployments and on‑site implementations at customer sites globally.
• Deliver product training to airport IT teams and produce regular project updates.
• Image, configure and maintain PCs, servers and related hardware following change‑management procedures.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge‑base articles and operational runbooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support or systems implementation within SaaS or technology‑focused environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
• Experience in aviation technology is a plus but not mandatory.
