IT Systems Engineer

About the role

Fin is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to evolve its infrastructure, focusing on deliverability, identity & access management, and compliance. You will join a fast‑growing engineering team that builds SaaS‑based solutions for modern employee lifecycle automation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve automation, integration, and organizational challenges across identity & access management, endpoint management, security, compliance and email deliverability.
• Design, build and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code solutions that support corporate IT services.
• Drive AI and automation adoption through enablement, education and beta‑testing of new tools.
• Participate in high‑impact cross‑functional projects to expand and evolve the corporate IT environment.
• Lead incident response in collaboration with InfoSec and engineering teams.
• Integrate and leverage no‑code automation platforms such as Tines and Workato.

Required profile

• Strong passion for systems engineering, DevOps or identity management.
• Experience working in agile, cloud‑first environments.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on reducing operational friction.
