IT Technical Lead / Assistant Vice President – E‑Invoicing (Pagero/OneSource)

About the role

This senior IT leadership position is responsible for driving the rollout of a strategic e‑invoicing platform across the EMEA region. You will own delivery, integration and continuous improvement of the Pagero/OneSource solution while collaborating with finance, tax, operations and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA deployment of the e‑invoicing platform.
• Define product roadmap and platform strategy.
• Design, implement and enhance end‑to‑end solutions.
• Integrate Pagero/OneSource with ERP, Coupa and other finance systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and senior business stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Pagero or OneSource e‑invoicing platforms (non‑negotiable).
• Proven experience integrating e‑invoicing solutions with ERP, AP/AR and finance systems.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Track record delivering technology projects in an Agile environment.
• Experience managing vendors and senior stakeholders.
