About the role
Join Nitro, a global SaaS leader, as a Junior Account Manager focused on French‑speaking customers. In this hybrid position you will help retain and grow existing accounts by renewing contracts, addressing client needs, and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Renew contracts and create plans that meet customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Inform the sales team of new sales and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Monitor competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Develop strategies with clients to strengthen their brand and promote a positive company image.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in SaaS sales.
- Passionate about sales and delivering optimal solutions.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a team‑player mindset.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
