Junior Marketing Manager (12 Month Contract)

About the role

As a Junior Marketing Manager you will help deliver the B2B marketing strategy for estate agents across Ireland, acting as a strong voice for agents within Daft.ie. You will work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure agents are enabled, informed, and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Enable the sales team with targeted marketing support, coaching materials, and collateral.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as decks, one‑pagers, case studies, and objection‑handling content.
• Own all agent communications, ensuring clear and timely messaging aligned with agent needs.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning for product rollouts and manage commercial product launches.
• Gather and embed agent insights into marketing, product, and commercial strategy.
• Support Daft.ie’s industry positioning and develop strategic partnerships across the property sector.

Required profile

• 3+ years proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within property, SaaS, marketplaces, or media.
• Strong background in sales enablement, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex products.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment.
