About the role
Access Healthcare is looking for ambitious individuals to join its fast‑growing recruitment team as Junior Recruitment Consultants. You will be trained from day one and quickly move from zero experience to a certified professional, helping clients find healthcare talent. The role is based in Ireland and you will work closely with senior consultants to source and place candidates in the healthcare sector.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales‑focused role such as Sales Representative, Business Development or Inside Sales.
- Ambitious, growth‑driven mindset eager to develop a new career in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus but not required.
What we offer
- 200+ training modules, 1:1 coaching and continuous development to become a Certified Recruitment Consultant.
- Uncapped commission with average earnings of €45,000+ in year 1 and €75,000+ in year 2 for performers.
