Staff Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical positions across international markets. This remote‑first role partners closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, improve recruiting operations, and attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, machine learning and other specialized technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and advise on talent market trends.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and candidate engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience across multiple time zones.
• Design scalable recruiting processes, enhance employer branding and implement recruiting tools.
• Use recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve hiring performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fast‑growing tech or startup environments.
• Proven success hiring highly specialized technical talent such as engineers and machine‑learning experts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered sourcing and talent acquisition tools.
• Proficiency in using recruitment technologies to optimize hiring workflows.
