Junior Software Engineer – AI‑Driven EdTech

About the role

Learnosity is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to help build its new Workforce product, leveraging AI to transform education for millions of learners. You will join a fast‑growing team at the early stage of product development, working closely with senior engineers, product managers and designers.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development and testing of new features for the Workforce platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including product, design and senior leadership, to translate requirements into reliable code.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Help integrate AI‑driven components while ensuring scalability and performance.
