About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Key Account & Events Coordinator to manage client partnerships and deliver digital and in‑person medical education programmes. Reporting to the CEO, you will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring projects are executed to a high standard while identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison for assigned accounts, maintaining strong, long‑term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop proposals, project plans and presentations, and keep client records up‑to‑date in HubSpot CRM.
- Plan, coordinate and execute online and face‑to‑face medical education events, managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.
- Support live events through moderation, troubleshooting and stakeholder management.
- Oversee post‑event deliverables, including recordings, CPD documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (technical, design, content) using Trello to track progress and meet milestones.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management, client services, event or project management within a B2B environment.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
