Key Account Manager – Global Accessories Leader

About the role

ZAGG, a global leader in mobile accessories, is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to support its reseller and distributor network from our Shannon headquarters. You will act as the main liaison between field sales, channel partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end sales support for regional field sales and partners, handling order entry, back‑order management, invoicing, delivery issues, sample requests, complaints and returns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ZAGG field sales, resellers and distributors.
• Own weekly customer reports covering backorders, shipments and open orders.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product changes and communicate new launches, business opportunities and upsell/cross‑sell solutions.
• Promote product promotions and ensure partners adhere to ZAGG processes and audit requirements.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks such as covering colleagues, assisting with new‑employee induction and general administrative duties.
• Identify and propose process improvements.
