- Design end-to-end solutions aligned to business objectives, architecture, security, reliability and operational constraints.
- Build prototypes, MVPs and production-ready software across the stack.
- Investigate external integration options, including third-party platforms, APIs, vendor capabilities, enterprise systems and workflow engines.
- Assess technical feasibility, security, data flow, supportability and operational impact of integration approaches.
- Work through non-standard integration challenges with independent judgement.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality and productivity, and guide teams adopting AI-assisted delivery.
- Collaborate across development, product, business, security, data and platform teams to move ideas from discovery to delivery.
Required profile
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering and solution design.
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and deliver complex software end to end.
- Experience investigating external integration opportunities and designing practical integration approaches.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
- Nice to have: experience delivering large-scale, business-critical solutions globally, comfort with distributed teams and time zones, and a strong bias toward action and delivery.
Required skills
- Modern full-stack technologies such as the MERN stack (React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB) or equivalent.
- Camunda or similar workflow/process orchestration platforms.
- Backend services in Python, Node or Java.
- AI/LLM tools: prompt engineering, LLM-assisted development, automated testing and model CI/CD.
- Relational databases (Postgres) and NoSQL stores (Mongo), plus basic ETL and schema management.
What we offer
- Professional development opportunities and interesting work.
- A vibrant, inclusive culture with a range of career opportunities.
- Benefits and rewards supporting well-being.
- Hybrid work, with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.
