Leisure Attendant – Full-Time & Part-Time

About the role

We are looking for energetic and customer‑focused Leisure Attendants to join our team at Tallaght Sports Complex. The role can be full‑time or part‑time, offering a fun yet professional environment where you will support a variety of leisure activities.

Key responsibilities

• Pool Bank: Deliver high‑quality swimming lessons and provide lifeguarding coverage.
• Reception: Greet members, process payments, manage bookings and handle enquiries.
• Gym & Fitness Classes: Conduct fitness assessments, design workout programmes, motivate members and lead fitness classes.
• Maintain a flexible roster to cover peak and off‑peak periods.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification(s) – Swim Teacher (Swim Ireland/WSI), Lifeguard (WSI), Gym Instructor (Ireland‑accredited) or proven reception/customer‑service experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in a leisure centre or gym environment.
• Valid Garda Vetting and Safeguarding credentials completed before start date.
