About the role
We are looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer to join our fast‑paced IT helpdesk on a short‑term basis. The role is based onsite in Dublin 24 and offers an immediate start for candidates with strong troubleshooting abilities in a Microsoft‑centric environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to end users via phone, email and ticketing tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Log and track incidents and service requests accurately.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tickets to meet service deadlines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high customer‑service standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or Technical Support role.
- Familiarity with Windows Active Directory environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational detail and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.

What we offer
- Day rate of €250
- Fixed‑term contract of 4–6 weeks
