Level 2 Onsite Support Engineer (Service Desk Analyst)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Level 2 Onsite Support Engineer to join a fast‑paced, customer‑facing team supporting a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art hospital in Dublin 12. You will provide hands‑on, high‑quality service desk assistance to clinical and administrative staff as the facility comes online.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver deskside support for laptops, PCs, printers, handheld devices and monitors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Office 365, SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft services.
• Perform Active Directory tasks including user account creation, modification and permission management.
• Maintain clear communication with end‑users and ensure timely ticket resolution.
• Work efficiently in a high‑volume environment, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Based in, or able to commute to, Dublin 12.
• Proven experience as a Level 2 Support Engineer in a face‑to‑face, high‑volume setting.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical environments is desirable but not mandatory.

What we offer

• 12‑month fixed‑term contract with potential extension.
