Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer B2 – H145 D2/D3

About the role

Airbus International Services (AIS) is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) B2 with an H145 D2‑D3 type rating to provide technical assistance to Airbus Helicopters customers worldwide. The role involves on‑site support, maintenance execution, and training of customer personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on H145 D2‑D3 helicopters following approved documentation (AMM, RDAS, SB, OEM manuals).
• Rectify reported defects and ensure zero‑defect post‑inspection.
• Provide field service support at customer sites and act as a technical liaison with the AIS Head of Mission.
• Deliver on‑the‑job training to customer maintenance teams.
• Answer technical queries, assist in maintenance planning, and support the use of Part M work orders and publications.
• Ensure compliance with quality regulations during all maintenance activities.

Required profile

• EASA Part 66 licence (CAA UK Part 66 a plus).
• Current H145 D2‑D3 type rating.
• Avionic specialist with strong knowledge of Part 145 activities.
• Ability to work independently as a detached technician at customer premises.
