Logistics Co-ordinator

About the role

PSA BDP is seeking a Logistics Co‑ordinator to manage ocean export shipments for its global customer base. The role involves end‑to‑end handling of LCL and FCL orders, ensuring compliance with PSA BDP ethics and international shipping regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments from order entry through delivery.
• Prepare and submit full export documentation, pre‑alerts, and VGM via CNS and Destin8 within KPI targets.
• File AMS, ACI and ISF filings for applicable shipments.
• Send EDI bookings and shipping instructions to carriers.
• Generate FCL and LCL quotations on request.
• Handle multiple shipments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and financial month‑end requirements.
• Report non‑conformities and troubleshoot operational issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations, including customs procedures and dangerous goods handling.
• Strong knowledge of both LCL and FCL shipment processes.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and trade compliance.
• Professional degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
