About the role
Anord Mardix, a global leader in critical power solutions, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its Dundalk team. You will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing dispatch, and ensuring compliance with transport policies while supporting the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate drivers and vehicles to optimise movements and improve efficiency.
- Manage dispatching, routing, and tracking of all delivery vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with transport policies, legislation and load security.
- Oversee maintenance, servicing and roadworthiness of the transport fleet.
- Support induction and training of new team members.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including tracking and follow‑up on Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
- Organise and monitor routine vehicle checks.
- Participate in health & safety investigations related to transport activities.
- Identify operational issues, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare domestic delivery documentation and international export paperwork.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Good problem‑solving skills and ability to respond to day‑to‑day operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with drivers, warehouse and production teams.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding documentation and compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
